We can't guarantee this is Zuni beyond what's etched on the naja and what we've been told by the family who've owned this necklace for the last 50+ years. The petit point style of this squash blossom necklace and earrings is very traditional to the Zuni tribe and is the focal point of this necklace and earring set. Measurements and bead count are approximate - I counted the silver beads on the necklace 4 times and came out with the same number each time, but I could have missed or over counted one. Squash Blossom Necklace weighs approximately 80g/2.8oz. Earrings weigh approximately 4g/0.1oz.

Necklace is 24 overall length. There are 21 single row smooth round silver beads on each side which attaches to 122 double row smooth round silver beads on each side from the single strand to the naja. There is approximately a total of 143 smooth round silver beads on this squash blossom necklace. Each squash blossom on the necklace has 8 petit turquoise points and are overall 1 in length with the blossom attached. There are 6 squash blossoms on each side of the naja. The naja on the necklace is approximately 2" H x 2"W.

The naja is also decorated with 24 turquoise petit points on each side topped with a 7 turquoise petit point star with 1 round turquoise in the middle. Under the naja is 3 turquoise petit points.

The necklace fastening is a hook and eye. The earrings are approximately 1.5 in drop length. Each earring squash blossom has 4 turquoise petit points on each side with 3 turquoise petit points on the part that attaches to the ear. The earrings have a post for pierced ears and come with the original post backs.

Each squash blossom on the necklace, earrings and the naja are decorated with round silver points. This set is made from REAL silver, no magnet will attach to any part or piece of the necklace or earrings. There is a nice patina from age on all parts on this necklace and earrings. Excellent, ready to wear condition and the design is timeless! All parts of the necklace and earrings are intact with no lose beads or turquoise.

There only makers mark is the name Amy Peynetsa etched on the naja with Zuni etched under the name. There are no other identifying markers and we do not have the COA. There are overall signs of smudging, scratching, and various shades of patina.
