Native American Zuni made animal fetish necklace is a stunning strung piece of art with carved birds, fish, bears, turtles and buffalo figures in abalone, quartz, agate, jasper, turquoise, and coral with shell separator beads. It has sterling silver hook clasp. Zuni fetishes are carvings made by the Zuni people, traditionally serving ceremonial purposes and representing animals or figures significant to their culture, believed to possess certain characteristics.
These fetishes are now also recognized as a form of Native American art. Necklace is in absolutely beautiful condition and is begging to be worn!
