Vintage Native American Sterling Silver Turquoise Dragonfly Earrings
Vintage, possibly antique, Native American sterling silver and turquoise earrings with wire closure for pierced ears. Clever dragonfly design and lovely green and blue turquoise stones make these a particularly appealing pair of earrings. Each measures about 1.75" long and 1.25" wide. Weight of both earrings is 12.1 grams.
The backs are marked with a hand etched mark that appears to be two L initials layered upon one another (possibly not). Study photos for best indication of condition. One earring has one green stone that may have a tight crack, although it may be a natural surface fissure. I found it only by scrutiny with a jeweler's loupe.
