Vintage Native American Sterling Silver Sand Cast Cross Pendant

Vintage Native American sterling silver sand cast cross pendant. It does not have any marks; the cross tested as sterling silver when x-rayed by a XRF analyzer. It is in very good vintage condition with age/use related wear and tarnishing, there are a couple indentations in the center. The cross measures approximately 2 9/16" by 1 9/16" and weighs approximately 20.03 grams.
