The buckle is slightly larger, at 3" tall and 3-3/8" wide. I can't find an artist stamp, but it's clearly handmade. Likely Navajo based on the style and my great aunt's love for Navajo silversmithing (though this is brass). It's a men's belt, the conchos and butterflies are set on a leather strap that is 1.5" wide x 39" long.
Leather strap does show some wear, see photos. This item is in the category "Jewelry & Watches\Ethnic, Regional & Tribal\Necklaces & Pendants". The seller is "suzann1701" and is located in this country: US. This item can be shipped to United States.
