I have a beautiful Zuni Turquoise and Sterling Silver necklace for sale. It is unmarked from what I can tell, I have looked for a Hallmark but cannot find one, I was told that is common in this type of jewelry during the 60's and 70's. I do know that it is genuine Zuni and the turquoise is real. See photos for close-ups of the turquoise settings. The beads are silver strung on a string, and it hooks in the back.It has been worn many times but is in excellent condition. The necklace weighs 32 grams or 1.128 ounces and measures 17 1/2 total length. The "buds" measure 1/2" x 1/2" and the center is 1 1/, I" high x 1" wide. I have had numerous questions regarding the weight of this necklace and it does only weigh 32 grams, i want to make sure buyers know that this necklace is not one of those large, heavy squash blossom necklaces, it is small and dainty and does not have much silver, basically the only silver are the beads. The silver is what weighs the most. If you look at the photos you will see that there isn;t much silver, just the beads and the turquoise setting.
