Vintage handcrafted Southwestern Native American Indian turquoise Sterling silver bolo tie, unmarked, but most likely Navajo. This bolo tie showcases a natural green polished turquoise with a striking brown matrix. The polished cabochon is set in very low serrated bezel adorned by raindrops of various sizes on a very dark slide. The slide (pendant) clip has the BENNETT PAT.PEND mark, which means this bolo tie was probably made between 1967 and 1983. The whole bolo tie weighs about 52 grams, and it's 2 1/4" tall by almost 2" wide on top and 13/16 on the bottom. The stone is approximately 1 7/8" tall by 1 3/8" wide.
The cord and tips are brand new. The cord is 39" long including the tips, and the tips alone are 2 5/16". This bolo tie is in excellent condition.
